Ya’akov Peri
Chairman Bio
Is a former head of the Israeli secret service (Shabak) and formerly a member of the Israel Parliament (the Knesset) and the Israeli Government as the Minister of Science, Technology and Space. He resigned from the Knesset in February 2018.
In 1994 Ya’akov Peri leave to study at Harvard University, where he obtained a degree in economics and business management.
Ya’akov Peri was the CEO of Cellcom Israel, which is the biggest cellular company in Israel, and was also the chairman of Mizrahi Tfahot bank which is the third biggest bank in Israel and the biggest bank in Israel in mortgages.

Meir Klifi

Klifi served as a military secretary to Prime Ministers Ehud Olmert and Benjamin Netanyahu during his army service, retiring in 2010. In 2014 he was appointed the head of the FIDF.
Meir Klifi-Amir is was the National Executive Director and CEO of the Friends of the Israel Defense Forces.
During his distinguished 33 years of IDF military service, Maj. Gen. (Res.) Meir Klifi-Amir held several command positions in the IDF Paratroopers Brigade, and served as the Commander of the Givati Brigade. From 2001 to 2007, he held a wide range of commanding roles, including the Head of Division 91 on the Israel-Lebanon border, the Head of the Joint Doctrine and Training Division of the General Staff Command, and the Deputy Chief of the Ground Forces Command. From 2007 to 2010, Gen. Klifi-Amir served as the Military Secretary to Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, where he was the special security advisor and partner in national security decisions. During the past four years, Gen. Klifi-Amir worked as a security consultant, specializing in national security and strategic planning for governments and agencies worldwide. He founded his own security firm in 2012. Gen. Klifi-Amir holds a B.A. in Political Science from the Haifa University in Israel. He is a graduate of Israel’s National Security College. Gen. Klifi-Amir is married to Brig. Gen. (Res.) Gila Klifi-Amir, and they have three children

Mr. Hakim’s expertise is in commercial and civil law, especially in the areas of real estate, corporate law, insolvency law; receivership, liquidation and restructuring of companies including banking law, trust law, and obligations law. In these proceedings he has served as special director, liquidator, receiver, and trustee. For approximately 6 years Mr. Hakim has served as an outside director in a public company, Aspen Group, Ltd., a leading company in the area of high yield real estate in Israel and abroad.
In addition to representing tens to hundreds of individuals and/or companies, in all Israeli courts in civil claims, arbitrations and mediations, temporary administrative petitions, etc., Mr. Hakim also serves as bankruptcy trustee in approximately 300 bankruptcies.
Mr. Hakim has represented Israeli corporations, investors and entrepreneurs in the areas of energy and real estate in Eastern European countries, Bulgaria, Romania, Cyprus, the Far East – especially Thailand, and at present primarily in Spain. He has served as counsel to corporations in the restructuring process, without the need for legal proceedings. Mr. Hakim is a member of the Corporations Committee, the Capital Market Committee, and the Receiverships and Liquidations Committee of the Israel Bar Association in the District of Tel Aviv. Mr. Hakim is certified to serve as defense counsel in the military courts in accordance with the Military Justice Law 5715-1955
Admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 1997. He received a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
